WASHINGTON (Sinclair Broadcast Group) -- Michael Bello was arrested and charged last Saturday with driving under the influence and driving on the right side of the roadway in Lancaster, Penn.

"East Hempfield and Manor Township Police were notified by Lancaster County Radio of a possible DUI driving south on Rohrerstown Road near Columbia Avenue," the police report said.

Police say the incident happened around 2 p.m. after Bello was spotted vomiting out of his vehicle.

As Bello was vomiting, he swerved into oncoming traffic.

A chemical test was given to Bello which confirmed he was driving under the influence of alcohol.

The 30-year-old was taken into custody by Manor Township Police Department in Pennsylvania.
